§ Responsible for obtaining and maintaining land use entitlements and permits for company use.  Ensures that all existing land use entitlements are kept valid and files are properly maintained.  Oversee the use of consultants including time allocation, scope of work, and invoices.  Monitor federal, state and local government environmental statutes and regulations.  Interact with multiple parties for successful approval of company projects. Promotes a Zero injury culture through personal adherence to all company safety policies and practices.

Work with sites to ensure compliance by providing interpretations and guidance, assisting with the preparation of and ongoing maintenance of environmental licenses and permits, providing review and feedback regarding non-routine environmental reporting and communications, and conducting site audits and compliance reviews.
